Unlike the bosses that walk around hammering you, he motivates with a soft, kind voice along with sharing all the ups and downs of our business. About once a month or so he calls a meeting and shares with the shop all the "numbers". He doesn’t hide how much money we are making or losing. It’s always right there for you to see.
