Digital Machining Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator with a minimum of three years of manufacturing related experience OR an Inside Sales Coordinator Assistant capable of eventually growing into the Coordinator position.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, specifically in regards to processing request for quotations, deliveries, orders, and order scheduling. Will coordinate and compile quotations utilizing a combination of internal systems and engineering staff and outside supplier quotations. Will process incoming orders by generating individual job instruction packages for our production personnel utilizing our internal software and scheduling systems.

Must be able to function well in a high volume, multi-tasking, and busy environment. Lots of email and paperwork management requiring good time management and organizational skills. Accuracy in detail and reliability is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Trusted with directly servicing our valuable clients and expected to maintain our excellent professional customer service reputation. Bachelors degree preferred but relevant experience accepted for either position. We are looking for the best possible fit and are willing to pay accordingly.
