Utilizing our mechanical and manufacturing engineering backgrounds along with extensive experience with manufacturing small mechanical components, we provide our customers with exceptional expertise in the latest of manufacturing solutions for virtually any of their manufacturing challenges. We utilize many Computer Aided Design capabilities, including solid modeling with SolidWorks to completely evaluate new designs before manufacturing the first prototype. We combine this capability with our expertise in Computer Aided Manufacturing utilizing GibbsCAM which allows us to directly convert the data generated from the computer model and transform it to Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programs for controlling our sophisticated machine tools. We apply our cumulative experience and expertise in these areas generating the most efficient method of machining the final product. With these capabilities we frequently assist customers from the developmental and refinement stages through the final production of new products. We are a certified SolidWorks Manufacturing Network Partner and a multi-license GibbsCAM user.
