We focus solely on the small parts machining market. Our equipment selection reflects this with most of our computer controlled machining centers having a working envelope of 20" x 20" x 24" or smaller with spindle speeds up to 10,000 RPM. We offer full 5-axis capabilities for the most efficient milling of multi-faceted parts along with the ability to generate complex 3-dimensional surfaces. In addition, we have two large machining centers with 80" x 30" x 30" travels to enable efficient milling of long parts as well as plate work within 150 pounds . We have raised our competitiveness to new levels with a state-of-the-art horizontal machining center having an 8-station pallet pool, part and tool probing capabilities, and tool life management functions. Our four CNC turning centers offer up to 6000 rpm for efficient turning of your small cylindrical parts. |
