At Digital Machining Systems, we are very experienced at machining parts from difficult-to-machine alloys – even in the complex and challenging geometries commonly encountered with parts designed from corrosion resistant, high-temp, and non-magnetic alloys.
 
We machine daily a wide range of difficult exotic alloys such as "Inconel" 625, 925, 725, and 718, as well as Hastelloy, Stellite, and MP-35N along with other high chrome and nickel content materials. We routinely combine the machine tool and tooling technology with our skilled and experienced machinists to reliably deliver these challenging components.
